In this objective, I applied hands-on cybersecurity skills using industry-standard tools and techniques. I completed multiple projects from NTS330 (Applied Exploits) and NTS201 (Security Essentials), which involved:

• 🔎 Vulnerability scanning with Nessus

• 🚧 Firewall configuration and logging

• 🧰 Using Metasploit and TryHackMe for exploitation and detection

• 🧱 System hardening and endpoint protection

• 🧬 Mapping vulnerabilities using the National Vulnerability Database (NVD)

These experiences allowed me to simulate real-world attack scenarios and implement effective defense strategies — preparing me for securing enterprise-level systems.
